Alpine Break

This course was only a week long and was pretty easy going compared to the one at the beginning of the summer. It was mainly to recap on what we had learnt over the summer and to kind of share the information around the rest of the group.

It was amazing to see how different everyone was from the last course, a summer working with a mentor had given us all confidence when talking to groups and a good in depth knowledge of most of the important areas of knowledge that we need to have stored away.

One of the sessions we did was a potted history of the Hautes Alpes from the end of the last glaciations to today, it was very interesting and I am intending to try and write it as an article in English for the website soon.
